London Musician, Ámaris, Releases New Album: ’26’

London Musician, Ámaris, is back with a full force lyrical spin through her her intuitive side throughout the release of her latest album, ’26’. Here’s our track-by-track thoughts.

Kicking off with the first track, “Jelly”, Ámaris bounces right into a metaphorically rich dose of songwriting that is seemingly impeccable as she describes the feelings that she encounters when it comes to connecting with the touch of another that creates a rush within. The second track, “Sunburn”, begins with the feelings of a track by Lorde as Ámaris snaps her way into a lyrical explanation of the remnants of sin that are left on her skin from a lover from the past whose aura continues to linger. “Diamond” is the third track that lyrically dives into the diamond that Ámaris is as she holds another accountable for pushing her limits with bold and expressive jabs. The fourth track, “Numb”, dives deep into the pool of wonder that left Ámaris feeling caught in a web of deceit as she claws her way out. “Last Day In The World” is the fifth track that is an album highlight that carries the feelings of a track by Madonna as Ámaris teases the individual who sparks a fire in her heart and lyrically creates the expectation of another giving her nothing short of their all.

The sixth track, “I Need You”, lyrically tackles the feelings of indecision as she attempts to follow her heart and stay true to herself as the human beings that she surrounds herself with don’t understand how deep her feelings have gone. “Snow Flake” is the seventh track that begins with a hypnotic instrumental that entrances as Ámaris’s songwriting style once again comes to the forefront as the core of who she is. The eighth track, “The Storm”, takes the album for a turn as Ámaris lyrically takes a walk through feelings of betrayal that she encountered within a relationship that just couldn’t make it out to shore. “Thankful” is the ninth track that is slow and sensual and bound to ignite feelings of confidence within a listener that is going through a tough patch of life. The tenth track, “Long Way (Disillusioned)”, begins with a long and fluid instrumental as Ámaris lyrically reminds herself of how far she has come throughout this game that we call life. “Blurred” is the eleventh track that showcases Ámaris’s ability to swing back and forth between Pop and Electronic as she lyrically recalls blurry feelings from the past that weren’t strong enough to be relevant in the present. Closing out with “Supernova”, Ámaris has remastered the track with precision that leaves listeners hanging on the edge of their seats for more of what she continues to explore within.

If you’re a fan of fellow musicians such as Lorde, Halsey and Purity Ring, then keep an eye on the ride ahead for Ámaris on Soundcloud.

Swedish Electronic Musicians, The Other Life, have escaped the mundane to blast off into a creative world entirely their own throughout their latest single, “Moody”. Crisp production leads the way through a waxing and waning beat that surges through the soul throughout and subliminally influences the loss of control when out it comes to the common pressures of society. Carrying out the industrial and technical element that bands such as Depeche Mode and Joy Division shared throughout their discographies, there is an ancient dose of mystery laced within “Moody” that provides a euphoric rush to listeners that are in tune with themselves beyond the surface.

The mighty talented and obscure musicians who strategically chose to remain elusive are currently signed to Nu Deal Records and is making waves throughout the wide-ranging and fruitful underground music world throughout Europe and more with “Moody”. Chicago Electronic Musician, Acidic Base, Releases New Album – ‘Purple Skies’

Chicago Electronic Musician and Mastermind, Acidic Base, has cooked up some new Electronic heat that proves that it is never too early or too late to follow your dreams. The notably 12-year-old go-getter is far ahead of his time artistically, spirituality and intellectually throughout his debut release, ‘Purple Skies’. Here’s our track-by-track thoughts.

Kicking off with the first track, “Purple Skies”, Acidic Base trickles in by entrancing listeners with an atmospheric journey into a colorful world with a waxing and waning entry into a portal of his youthful mind that is set on the stars in the most grounded and intentional way. The second track, “Halcyon”, begins with a calming reflective dose of Trip-Hop that flows seamlessly as Acidic Base plays with different synthesizer techniques that astounds the listener who keeps his chronological age in mind. “Chernobyl” is the third track that begins with a mellow groove that ignites the senses and leads listeners into a peaceful state as 8 minutes of minimal expression is the exact right amount of flow. The fourth track, “Blurred”, begins with the feel of an Adventure Club track and travels through an EDM dose of feeling that is fluid and mastered with precision. “Omnidirectional Hyperjet” is the fifth track that blasts off slowly into one of the most impressive Trance tracks that I have heard since the hard-hitting days of The Prodigy and Tricky in the early 90’s. The sixth track, “Mountain Face”, would fit perfectly into an action-packed video game as Acidic Base travels through an escalating beat that begins to hit harder and elevate in expression until the last second. Closing out with “Borealis”, Acidic Base slows it down with a fun and upbeat tone that showcases the vibrancy and aliveness that he is experiencing within his youth.

Balancing the tedious efforts that come with being an 8th grader with the expertise of a seasoned musician at the ripe age of 12-years-old, Acidic Base is a project by Chicago’s Siddharth Goswami that isn’t going to fold. Picturing Siddharth Goswami looking at his parents asking them to provide the tools so he can learn how to make music gives chills to the enlightened and conscious listener. If you’re a fan of fellow artists such as Adventure Club, Suicide Sheep Remixes on YouTube and Tiesto, then keep an eye on the promising ride ahead for Acidic Base on Soundcloud.

France Electronic Artist, Sound Strider, Releases New LP – ‘Occult Electric’

Electronic Soundscape Master, Sound Strider, creates a technically rich experimental journey into a colorful world of musical exploration throughout the release of his latest LP, ‘Occult Electric’. Here’s our track-by-track thoughts.

Kicking off with the first track, “Helpless Cogs”, a psychedelic trip into a vibrant investigation into intention mimics the likes of Merkaba in their ‘Language of Light’ days with a blissful musical ride into a realm of expansion as Sound Strider draws focus toward awakening tenderness and love within listeners that are aligned with his serene energy. The second track, “Hail Eris”, slowly shakes listeners back into living as the song glides by incorporating the sounds of nature and the natural world into our modern-day influx of bloody entertainment. “Plague of Wizards” is the third track that teases the trickled mind with manic instrumental highs and lows that are sobering in their simplicity yet perplexingly intricate enough to lead the mind to wander. Closing out with “Embracing Chaos”, Sound Strider is simultaneously out of this world and down to earth as he, as stated, puts the feeling of placing a question mark after reality into listeners through an atmospheric array of kaleidoscopic musical appeal.

It is evident that Sound Strider utilizes his music as a source and tool to induce a state of wellness and spiritual musing and curiosity into listeners. Having recently pursued and taken action toward the next level by creating his own Record Label, Red Tent Records, Sound Strider is taking strides toward sharpening his box of musical tools and gifting himself with the ability to create his own rules. If you’re a fan of fellow musicians such as Merkaba, Bonobo and Desert Dwellers, then do yourself and your heart a favor keep an eye on the ride ahead for Sound Strider on Soundcloud.
